This article applies to all TeamViewer Assist AR (formerly TeamViewer Pilot) users.

Expert side

On the expert side, the TeamViewer client is available for the following operating systems:

  • Windows 11

macOS

  • OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)
  • OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)
  • macOS 10.12 (Sierra)
  • macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)
  • macOS 10.14 (Mojave)
  • macOS 10.15 (Catalina)
  • macOS 11.0 (Big Sur)
  • macOS 12.0 (Monterey)

Android

iOS and iPadOS

Receiving side

For the person receiving assistance, the TeamViewer Pilot app is available for the following operating systems:

Android

  • Android 5.1 or later

?Note: Get the most out of the TeamViewer Assist AR (formerly TeamViewer Pilot) app with ARCore-supported devices. Here is the list of devices that support ARCore: Click here.

  • If your device is not on this list, you may still use TeamViewer Assist AR (formerly TeamViewer Pilot) with limited functionality in a compatibility mode. Find more information here.

iOS

  • iOS 15 or later
