Canned R_Cancellation request - Unhautorized Contact

As part of our commitment to privacy and security, we can only accept cancellations and subscription change requests from a contact already in our records. This includes the licensed company administrator, the primary contact for the account, or the invoice contact on file.

If you are unable to send the request from one of these email addresses, we will need to update our records first. In this case, please provide us with the new contact details written on company letterhead, or a copy of the most recent invoice for the subscription.
