Assist enables a remote Frontline Expert to see exactly what the on-site Frontline Worker is seeing. It also allows the expert to provide instant, targeted feedback; and instructions by video, audio, text, markers, and document sharing.
Assist Dashboard shows the current information regarding your calls (ongoing, waiting, or scheduled). It also displays histograms containing the number of monthly calls, invited guests, shared files, and remote support hours.
Here are the descriptions of the call information that are shown in the Dashboard.
- Ongoing Calls tile lists all active calls where the user is either directly invited or is a part of the called group.
- Waiting Calls tile contains all calls that have only one participant in which an expert needs to join.
- Scheduled Calls tile contains all scheduled calls for the user. The Expert can start this call at any point in time by selecting "Start".
